½ cup Vanilla yoghurt
2 ½ cups Full cream milk
Oats (for decorating)
2 cups Frozen berries
1 Frozen banana (chopped)
½ tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Nutmeg
A little bit of vanilla ice cream (optional)
Method:
- Put the berries, banana, cinnamon, nutmeg, yoghurt and milk in a blender and blend until combined.
- If the smoothie is too thin you can add some more frozen berries or a little bit of ice cream to thicken it and if it is too thin use a splash more milk
- Pour into a glass, decorate with oats and more berries
- Serve with muesli or granola and enjoy!
